Preview:
"For me, Spa is the best circuit in the world and I think you'll find that it's the favourite for most of the Formula One drivers. It has fantastic high- speed corners, which is what I like best about it. It is a great test of driving skill. The highlight is Eau Rouge which is downhill on the approach, uphill on the exit and very, very fast. Getting it right through there is very satisfying. Often the weather can play a part in the weekend, especially qualifying. We could have an interesting looking grid if the rain is around on Saturday."

"We have done a great amount of work today and covered a lot of ground. The set-up now is very different from what it was this morning. I'm reasonably happy with the car but we still have some way to go. I still have a slight understeer problem in certain sections of the circuit which is costing me a lot of time. If we can find a solution for that I should be able to get a good grid position. We still have time before tomorrow's qualifying to test a few more things."

"I'm reasonably happy with our performance today because the car has improved massively since this morning's practice. We were still making adjustments during today's qualifying but I still have some understeer in certain parts of the circuit but nowhere near as much as earlier. Obviously I would have liked to have qualified higher up the grid but I think we can improve the car even more before tomorrow's race. All in all I'm hoping for a good race and with the weather at Spa being very unpredictable you never know what might happen."

"I had a very good start and managed to pass four cars. Just as I came out of the first corner there were cars everywhere. I found a gap but was hit and my rear right tyre exploded. I managed to get back to the pits and jump into the spare car. At the re-start I had another good getaway and passed two cars. Unfortunately as I came out of the first corner Hakkinen spun and I had to lift off and lost a couple of positions. Things were looking good, so it was unfortunate that my engine failed. I could probably have finished in the points today."
