Preview:
"I don't know a great deal about the circuit, except I hear it is bumpy and the
weather can be very hot. I think tyres will be important in Brazil and I will work hard
with the engineers to make the best choice for qualifying and the race"
Saturday Qualifying:
"I am a little unhappy with our performance today, however, I have never been on
the circuit before and it is difficult to get the car set up to work over the bumps. We
accomplished that today, and also did some useful work on our race set-up this morning.
The car feels very good in race trim, so I feel confident that we can do a good job
tomorrow. I will just concentrate on getting a good start and try to avoid any accidents
at the beginning of the race. More than anything, I want to finish a Grand Prix right now,
and our strategy will be aimed at doing just that tomorrow."
Sunday Race:
"Everything had been going very well. I made a reasonable start and was following
our pre-race strategy of running consistently to the first fuel stop when the engine
failed. It is disappointing because I was feeling comfortable and was confident of
increasing my pace later in the race and picking up some places. Still, it feels good to
have completed quite a good number of laps in a Grand Prix. My aim now for Argentina must
be to complete a full Grand Prix distance."
