"Monte-Carlo is a highly demanding circuit. You must have turned it many times, before you know it, mostly because it is difficult to take any point of reference. This morning my car had brakes problems that were solved in the break between the first and the second practice session. Due to this problem I could end only a few laps. In the afternoon I had a problem with the transmission and I had to stop 20 minutes before the end of the session. I only hope I will be able to gain more confidence with the circuit on Saturday."

 ():
"I like this track, even if until now I wasn't able to give my best, because of some problems with the brakes that I had yesterday as well as today. Anyway, we are confident to solve these problems by tomorrow. Before qualifying, the set-up of my car was slightly changed, because this morning the car was quite nervous: the M198 behaved well and I could therefore make a better time."

 ():
"I cannot be satisfied with myself, as I didn't finish not even the first lap of this Grand Prix. In fact, at the turn before the Casino my race 'crashed' into the guard-rail."
