Свободные заезды (пятница):
"We had a productive day. We test here a lot so I am quite familiar with the circuit. We spent the two sessions today trying to get a good chassis balance and doing back-to-back evaluations of the two tyre options we have available this weekend. The circuit got better this afternoon as it picked up rubber but I still have a little more understeer than I would like. We'll be working on that tomorrow morning before we have to turn our attention to qualifying. I believe we can improve our time."

Квалификация (суббота):
"We were chasing a low-speed handling problem most of today, and although we didn't get rid of it completely, we managed to neutralise it enough with chassis adjustments and fresh tyres that I was able to put in a couple of reasonable laps on my last two runs. The only good thing about starting from the back of the grid is that if we do have a wet race tomorrow, hopefully I can avoid other people's accidents. If we can stay on the track and have good pit stops, hopefully we'll have a chance of a decent result."

"It's always disappointing not to finish, but while it was going on, this was actually a satisfying race. I had a good start and was particularly happy with the times during my second stint, when the car was on intermediates. At that point, I was quicker than the Prost of Olivier Panis, but I just couldn't pass him. When it really started to rain hard, and we changed to full wets, the car developed big oversteer and I fell back. I was really hoping the rain would stop and we could go back to intermediates, but then I spun. I'm not sure whether Tuero touched the back of my car or not. I think we may just have spun in the wet conditions at the same time."
