Preview:
"I like driving this track. When we came here last year for the first time, everyone expected it would be a dull circuit. It turned out to be quite a rapid track with a high average speed over the lap. Generally it is nice mix of fast and slow, although the first corner at the top of the hill is really too tight. The fact there are uphill and downhill sections makes it more interesting to drive because if you go uphill after a corner you will get more grip and on a downhill part there is less. So you have to anticipate the changing conditions. Last year, we did not go well here but I think we will do better this time."

"My biggest concern is tyres. We have problems with both performance and wear and I used two sets. I had no problems that were not linked to tyres as they are the critical factor in setting up the car. On a more positive note, I really enjoy driving this track as all the corners keep you really busy. As for my incident with Verstappen, it was simply a misunderstanding. I have spoken to the Stewart people and there is no problem between us."

Квалификация (суббота):
"We were too indecisive today. I should have gone out on intermediates at the end, but for these tyres to work you have to do several laps on them. Going out on them early would have been a gamble. In the end, we left it too late to run intermediates and I had to use wets. With this grid it will be very interesting tomorrow and race tactics will be the deciding factor."

Гонка (воскресение):
"This morning I had a trouble with the clutch, so we changed it. But the problem reoccurred at the start, so I had to dump the clutch. I had a lot of wheeelspin but still got away quite well. Alesi let me through quite easily and Barrichello went out so that made my life simpler. I chased Fisichella and got the gap down to four seconds. Unfortunately, I then lost a few seconds behind Michael when he had lost his nose. Brake wear had been critical through the race and I was told to ease off, which is how Michael caught me. Once he got past I pushed again for a couple of laps as Ralf was behind me but the team again told me back to off."
