Preview:
"I used to race at the circuit during my Formula Ford days in 1988 and I liked it very much then. It used to have lots of high speed corners and a track that undulated up and down hills. Nowadays it has changed a great deal. There are only first and second gear corners, which poses no big challenge for the driver and the circuit is also very short. I think that our car will perform well here, as it is very good on braking and traction."

Свободные заезды (пятница):
"We had a number of small problems with our car, including a waterleak in our radiator, which lost me a lot of time in the pits. However, we managed to get enough information for tomorrow's qualifying. The track conditions weren't very good today, it was slippery and dirty, but I believe that will improve tomorrow. We will have to wait to do real set-up work until tomorrow, but I feel confident about our chances to achieve a good result in qualifying."

Квалификация (суббота):
"I took it easy for the first 8 laps, getting used to the difficult track conditions and then I just went for it. I felt that I was even quicker on my last lap, but I had to deal with traffic on the circuit, so had to abandon my attempt to improve on my 6th position. We were struggling with our set-up earlier on, but the car performed well in the wet."

"I didn't have a good start to the race, lost some places and then I was hit from behind by Pedro. It was a most unfortunate accident and I can appreciate how Pedro must feel about it. I am naturally very disappointed for the entire team who had produced fantastic work during the weekend. I intend to put this race behind me as quickly as possible and concentrate on the rest of the season ahead."
