"Coming to the N�rburgring after our victory in Monza is of course something special as the Championship remains open. I always enjoy the fabulous support of my home crowd. This modern circuit should suit our car well. I expect Ferrari to be very competitive, so I hope we can repeat the success of the last race. The race strategy plays an important role at the N�rburgring as normally you have to do more than one pit stop. At this time of the year the weather conditions can be almost everything. But I hope that we will have a sunny weekend."

�� (��):
"I was quite happy with the car today and the work we did. McLaren looks strong, as expected, but I am not concerned about the time difference as I only used one set of tyres. Therefore, I think we will be competitive this weekend. The Goodyear tyres are working consistently, so we should not have any problems in this area. I am enjoying the unusually nice weather and I hope it stays like this all weekend."

"This is a fantastic result at this point in the season. Especially as Eddie is alongside me, which makes it the optimum situation. It is incredible that the team continues to improve the car, even when you think it is impossible, so a big thank you goes to all the mechanics and engineers. "I am a little bit disappointed as I thought we could win the race today. Unfortunately, we were not quick enough. I could not push as hard as I wanted to because the technical package was not perfect. We now have to work as hard as possible in the forth coming tests before the final race at Suzuka. Four points is not an impossible difference. We will certainly not give up because we can still win in Japan."
