Preview:
"We've come to the end of a very difficult season for the team, however, after our
long awaited test last week at Silverstone we are very encouraged by the improvements and
performance of our car. For me, Suzuka represents my 'home' Grand Prix and I very much
look forward to racing there."
  ():
"I also ran on a lot of fuel but had a re-curring understeer problem during both
sessions. It is the first time that we can run the D-spec engine all weekend and I am very
pleased with its performance. I am certain that we will be able to sort out the problem in
time for tomorrow's qualifying."
 ():
"I just could not go any quicker, as our engine is now just too powerful for our
chassis and I had problems with traction. I was also very unlucky on my last lap when some
cars spun off in front of me and left some debris on the track. I feel confident about
tomorrow's race which will be very tough, however, the car is balanced and comfortable to
drive and I hope to bring home a good result for the team."
 ():
"I had big oversteer from the start and it got worse during the run. When on lap
14 I suffered hydraulic failure I was forced to retire from the race. It's not a nice way
to finish the season, especially as we had no big problems throughout the weekend. I will
take some time off now and then start preparing for our next test which will be early
December in Barcelona."
